Artwork Format for Branding

We produce high-quality promotional mugs with your personalised designs, but to do so, we require your logo in the best quality format possible. For branding, this means we ask that your artwork is provided in one of the following file formats;

• .AI (Adobe Illustrator File)
• .EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

These files must be saved with vector lines, so our graphics team can seamlessly adjust sizing to suit your product. We can also accept vectorised .PDF files, but they cannot be converted from .JPG files or similar.

 I Don't Have My Files in These Formats

Then that's OK, just forward through what files you do have available (such as .JPG or .PNG) and our graphic design team will have them expertly redrawn into the correct format. If your design is fairly simple, this can be done free of charge, but very complex designs may require an additional cost. Please chat with our sales team for more information on this process.

What If My Order is Urgent?

The redrawing process can take many hours, varying of course on complexity, so if you have an urgent order, we recommend sending in one of our preferred formats if possible. This helps to avoid any delays in artwork proofing.

What if My Design is a Photo File?

Looking to pop your team building photo onto a mug, or perhaps a loving engagement photo for your wedding? We can assist with this - submit the highest resolution version of the picture you can, so that we can resize it while maintaining the clarity of the image. Before we proceed to production, you will be provided with a formal artwork proof to approve, ensuring the photograph looks nice and bright on the mugs.
