How Can I Pay For My Branded Mugs?

Here at Planet Mugs, we are dedicated to ensuring payment processing for your order is as simple as possible. Once you receive an invoice from your sales representative, we ask that you pay for your order in full before production begins.

What is Our Order Process?

A standard order process for Planet Mugs includes the following steps;

• A quotation is supplied to the client
• Client submits artwork for decoration
• Planet Mugs provides a formal artwork proof
• Client approves artwork proof
• Planet Mugs provides an invoice based on the quotation
• The client pays the invoice
• The product is produced and dispatched

What Payment Methods Do We Accept?

For your convenience, we can accept payment using;

• Direct bank transfer (EFT -- you transfer the funds via online banking apps or websites)
• Cheque (generally used by schools or similar institutions)
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

All credit card payments are subject to a merchant's fee, which we pass on directly from our banking service (we do not make any profit from these fees). A fee of 1.38% for all payments made using VISA and MasterCard and a 1.925% surcharge for AMEX cards currently applies. We cannot waive these merchant's fees for any credit card transactions. Call our friendly sales team to pay via credit card.

What Payment Methods Do We Not Accept?

We regret that we are not currently able to accept the following payment methods;

• PayPal
• Cash
• Barter Card

We also cannot exchange bulk products for social media posts or similar. Thank you for understanding.
