When it comes to ordering promotional items customised with your design, it can be reassuring knowing it advance some basic facts about the process. Our friendly Planet Mugs team are always happy to answer your questions via phone or email, but here are a few that we're frequently asked when clients enquire about our branded mugs.

1)  "What is your turnaround time?"

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks from artwork approval of your printed mug before the finished goods are branded and delivered. If a drinkware item is out of stock when you enquire, our customer service experts will advise you on the earliest possible delivery date or recommend alternate, similar products for your event. We do have limited express travel mug options that can be completed in 3-4 days, please drop us a line if you'd like to know more about express options.

2)  "What is your minimum order quantity?"

Minimum Order Quantity

Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the product. To check what the MOQ is for the product you're interested in, please refer to the product page. We list our MOQ alongside the corresponding price. Unfortunately, it is not possible to product and deliver products with custom branding below this listed minimum order quantity.

3)  "What payment methods do you accept?"

Payment Methods

Here at Planet Mugs, we accept payment via Direct Credit, Cheque or Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS). We do not accept PayPal at present.

4)  "Where can you deliver custom goods to?"

Delivery Australia Wide

We deliver our branded mugs across Australia. We provide delivery to all states & territories: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS, ACT - metro and regional areas. We cannot, however, deliver internationally at this stage. If you are concerned about delivery, please don't hesitate to contact out sales office to learn more about freight to your area.

5)  "What will the order process be like?"

Order Process

Please make an enquiry by phone or email with the product name and the number of items you may need.  Our friendly team will then:

  • Draw up a tailored quote on a letterhead and forward it to you via email
  • If you wish to proceed, you email us your artwork (in EPS, AI or PDF format with vectorised outlines)
  • Our graphic designer creates a mock up for your approval
  • We send an invoice to you with payment required upfront unless otherwise discussed
  • Item will go into production followed by delivery to your street address
