Paying For Your Planet Mugs Order

The team at Planet Mugs can accept a variety of payment methods when you order promotional mugs in bulk. We ask that all payments are made upfront before production (with exception granted only to government institutions). Delays in payment processing can impact the delivery timeframe for your order, please ensure you discuss payment and dispatch times with your sales team member.

Payment Methods We Accept

You may select from the following payment methods;

• Credit Card
• Cheque
• Swift Payment
• Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)

Credit Card Payments

We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards only. A merchant's fee applies to each transaction using one of these cards. A merchant's fee of 1.38% is applied to all payments made using VISA and MasterCard. A merchant's fee of 1.925% is applied on American Express cards transactions.

Direct Debit or EFT

You may directly pay us through depositing funds into our designated bank account. Account details are located at the bottom of your invoice for speedy payment. To ensure the speedy processing of your order, please advise your Planet Mugs sales consultant of your remittance details so they can begin production on your bulk order without delay.

Cheque

We accept Australian bank cheques/personal cheques as payment. Please advise that unless you are a government body or school, we will have to wait for confirmed cheque clearance, and this may impact production and delivery times. Discuss this payment option with your sales team member to ensure it will suit your timeframe.
