Here at Planet Mugs we stock our products locally and aim to dispatch all custom printed items as quickly as possible. We service Australian street addrresses only and deliver our stock to all states. Please refer below to our estimated Australian delivery times.

- Sydney: 1-2 weeks
- Melbourne: 1-2 weeks
- Brisbane: 1-2 weeks
- Canberra: 1-2 weeks
- Adelaide: 2-3 weeks
- Hobart: 2-3 weeks
- Perth: 2-3 weeks
- Darwin: 2-3 weeks
Delivery to regional Australian locations will incur longer freight times. Please discuss your location and its estimated delivery times with our friendly sales team. We dispatch goods during business hours, Monday to Friday only. Delivery can not and will not be made on public holidays or weekends.
Express Delivery Options
Our standard turnaround time on orders is 2 weeks from your artwork approval and payment. In some circumstances express printing and delivery is offered for an additional cost, please consult your sales representative for more information.
Exclusions
Planet Mugs utilises a third party courier service to deliver all orders and as such, some delays in delivery may occur. These courier delays are not the responsibility of Planet Mugs.
